Self Pay- Payment Plans
For clients utilizing self-pay options, I am pleased to offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your financial needs. Following the initial deposit to secure services, the remaining balance can be comfortably spread across multiple payments extending up to 3 months after your birth experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, all payment plan arrangements must be thoroughly discussed with your doula during the consultation phase. These specific payment terms and conditions will be carefully documented and incorporated into the initial service contract, which will be signed by both the client and doula to protect all parties involved.

To begin our meaningful journey together in providing comprehensive care during this special time, I require a 40% deposit that ensures your dedicated spot in my schedule for both prenatal and postpartum services. This initial deposit, which represents our mutual commitment to your care, is collected at the time we sign our service agreement. This important first step helps establish a clear understanding between us and allows me to reserve the necessary time and resources for your specific needs. By securing your spot with this deposit, we can begin our care relationship with confidence, clarity, and a shared commitment to your well-being throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey!
Completion of Payment
To help me give you my very best care and attention, I ask for full payment of prenatal and birth services before my on-call period begins. This way, we can focus entirely on your special experience together! If you've already set up a different payment plan in your contract, no worries - we'll stick to that. For postpartum care, I've made things super flexible - you can simply pay after each visit or care period, making it easier to plan your postpartum support exactly how you need it.
