By providing support during these hours, I can help you navigate the challenges of postpartum life and ensure that you have the resources and knowledge to thrive as a new parent.

It is important to note that the visits for the 16-hour support package must be utilized within one month of each other, this ensures that you receive timely and effective assistance during the critical postpartum period. Whether you choose to schedule four-hour shifts once a week or multiple times a week, I am flexible and will work with you to create a schedule that meets your needs.

Remember, you don't have to go through this journey alone. With my comprehensive daytime postpartum support, you can feel confident and supported as you navigate the joys and challenges of new parenthood. Support Includes

Breastfeeding & Formula Support

  • I am dedicated to providing comprehensive breastfeeding and formula feeding support and education to assist you in successfully nourishing your baby. I am committed to equipping you with a wealth of resources and information to ensure that you have all the tools necessary to support your feeding journey. Whether you are a first-time parent embarking on this exciting new chapter or have prior experience, I am here to compassionately guide you through the process and address any concerns or questions that may arise. Rest assured that I am fully devoted to helping you navigate this important aspect of parenting and fostering a healthy feeding relationship with your little one.

  • One of the key aspects of my support is assessing feeding difficulties. I will help identify any challenges you may be facing with your baby's feeding and offer advice and support to overcome them. Additionally, I can provide guidance on improving milk production to ensure your baby receives adequate nutrition. Remember, every baby is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. That's why I'm here to provide personalized advice and support tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Together, we can overcome any feeding challenges and ensure that your baby receives the nourishment they need for healthy growth and development.

  • In addition to offering feeding support, I can also provide valuable assistance when it comes to storing breast milk. I understand the importance of properly storing milk to maintain its quality and freshness. I am here to offer you tips and techniques on how to store both breast milk and formula effectively. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that you always have a ready supply of feeds available for your baby's needs. Whether you are pumping and storing breast milk or preparing formula, I can provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your baby receives the best nutrition possible.

Household Assistance

  • I offer hands-on assistance in preparing snacks and meals as well as light cleaning in the downtime between infant care, ensuring that you can fully relax and recharge without worrying about cooking/ meal preparations, or tidying up. With my help, you can enjoy your downtime to the fullest, whether it's taking a nap, engaging in self-care activities, or simply spending quality time with your partner, other children, or pets. I am here to help with your household needs, allowing you to prioritize rest and rejuvenation.

Guidance & Support

  • I will come to your home and offer guidance, resources, and support for your adjusting family. Whether you have questions about feeding, sleep schedules, or general baby care, I'll be there to provide answers and reassurance during these early days of parenting. In addition, I can help maintain the household so you can have precious moments to sit and bond with your baby without worrying about chores.

  • One thing I want to emphasize is that I will listen to you. As a new parent, you may receive an overwhelming amount of advice from friends, family, and even strangers. Instead of adding to that advice pile, I prefer to provide you with options. I believe that every family is unique, and what works for one might not work for another. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions based on your own instincts and values.

  • I understand that the first few months with a newborn can be exhausting, especially when it comes to nighttime care. That's why I offer nighttime care services, so you can get some much-needed sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

  • Ultimately, my aim is to be a supportive presence in your life as you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of becoming a new parent. I want to help you build confidence in your abilities and find what works best for you and your baby.
